I have read and agreed to the Pretty Little Paws & Pupper Fixer Upper Training Class Liability Agreement. Participation involves inherent risks, including injury to me, my dog, others, or property, which I voluntarily assume. My dog is in good health and current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations (proof required at the first class). I release Pretty Little Paws and Pupper Fixer Upper, their owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the classes.
